Utta Nutta will change the way you feel about peanut butter. It is made slowly from freshly roasted peanuts and Himalayan Salt. Milled whilst still warm, the process retains the smoky salted caramel flavours without the need for added sugar or oil. The result is a surprising munch in your mouth.
Available in Original and Extra Crunchy, both varieties of peanut butter have won 2 Gold Stars each at Great Taste Awards 2017 & 2018 as well as winning Golds at Taste of The West Awards. Cashew nut butter, dark roasted and completely delicious has also won 2 stars at Great Taste awards 2017 & 2020.
THE STORY SO FAR
Hi, this is Katie. I believe in simple life, eating healthy plantbased whole-foods, treading lightly in the world. I started roasting and crushing nuts in my kitchen as a side hustle to working as an art teacher in a secondary school in Wiltshire. My son George began to start churning alongside and soon our house became very nutty. Our family and friends loved it, so we kept on making it. We took it to local markets then shops became interested, and the repeat orders kept on coming. As the Peanut butter started to take over our family home, I have continued crushing, moving into a commercial kitchen in the Wiltshire countryside making it in the same traditional way to this very day.
