CHAI SPICED PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BALLS
Enjoy these in one go or prolong the enjoyment and have one everytime you open the fridge!

Ingredients
- ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- ½ cup raw almonds
- 1 cup medjool pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoons hemp seeds
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon allspice
- ¼ teaspoon fine grain sea salt
Directions
- Blitz almonds and coconut flakes in blender until completely ground (no chunks of almonds!)
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined into a dough-like consistency
- Press the chunks of the dough together then roll into balls with the palms of your hands
- If you’d like, roll them in the toasted shredded coconut or oats
- Put them in fridge for 30 mins to firm up then eat or store in fridge and eat one every time you open the fridge
